In March of 2011, Luke joined Coldwell Banker Griffith and Blair (CBGB) after detailed analysis followed by his conclusion that CBGB has the most to offer Topeka''s real estate market.Luke is active within the Topeka Area Association of Realtors (TAAR) as an elected member of the Board of Directors. He is a three year member of TAARs Image and Technology Committee maintaining and improving the Topeka multiple listing service (MLS) and the primary consumer search engine for residential properties for sale (www.TopekaAreaHomes.com). Luke also serves on TAARs Government Affairs Committee. He is Chairman of the Community Relations Committee that is responsible TAAR media relations. Luke works with three different mortgage companies conducting Broker Price Opinions (BPO). These BPOs provide him with the opportunity to get paid to practice doing Market Analysis. Luke also markets foreclosures for these companies.
